Job : *ADMIN ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKING)*
Location: Bangsar South
Salary : RM2300 – RM4000
*MUST HAVE*
Speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
To take responsibility in managing the Directors day-to-day administrative and operational matters
-To make appointments, travel arrangement/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondence
-To assist in the organizing of in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.
-To take on more job responsibilities when the need arises
-To Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
-To assist the director for daily office activities or operations
-To receive, direct and relay telephone and email messages.
-To be proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
