Job : *CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER*
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM10000 – RM18000

*MUST HAVE*
Experienced in various projects such as a retail mall, warehouse, factories, residential, offices etc
-Experience working with developers, project management consultants or main contractor
-Good documentation skills
-Possess qualifications such as Architect or Construction engineer
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
-Excellent leadership, communication skills, proactive and problem-solving skills

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Project management in Construction/ Building from planning, design & tender, construction until hand over
-Contract management, Quality assurance, safety assurance, process management and cost management
-Support potential clients and existing clients in planning, master process, and costing.
-Propose plans to the clients
-Manage project members, create presentations, and layout & design coordination
