Job : *JAPANESE SPEAKING SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE*
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM10000 – RM11000

*MUST HAVE*
Strong verbal and written language skill in both English & Japanese (C1/C2 level native level).
-At least 2 years CS experience in BPO/call centre.
-Has knowledge in MS software/tools Especially MS Excel.
-Able to work on rotational shift.

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
Strong project management and coordination skills.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
You will be performing as a Customer Service Representative for an IT project. Tasks include:
-Perform higher level of support and concierge type liaison to an assigned customer portfolio which may include the work on escalations or assignments that are more difficult based on the nature or work needed to facilitate the growth of the portfolio through its digital lifecycle.
-Duties include customer service, linking customers and internal resources, engagement, consultancy and support.
-Excellent relationship management skills are needed to ensure customer retention and support needed to fulfill customer needs.
